Pickpost is a product of Auvyx LLC. You can remove your data from Pickpost at any time. This page covers the whole account, and the data we received from Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or X (X Corp.).
Disconnect one social account
- In Pickpost, open Social accounts and delete the account. Its access tokens are deleted right away, scheduled posts will no longer go to it, and we stop reading the statistics of its posts.
- You can also remove Pickpost from the network's settings: on Facebook, Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; on Threads and Instagram, Settings → Account → Website permissions; on X, Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.
Remove Pickpost from Facebook, Instagram or Threads
- When you remove Pickpost in Facebook, Instagram or Threads, the network tells us. We disconnect every account you connected from there, in every workspace it was added to, and delete its access tokens. Scheduled posts to those accounts will not be published; someone in the workspace can connect the account again.
- When you also ask the network to have your data deleted, we delete those accounts from Pickpost, with their access tokens and the statistics we read for their posts, and the network shows you a confirmation code with a link where you can check that the request is done.
- The posts written in Pickpost stay in their workspace: they belong to the people who wrote them, not to the network. Delete them in Pickpost, or delete your whole account below.
Delete your whole account
Email [email protected] from the address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Deleting an account removes, from our database and storage:
- your profile and sign-in data;
- every connected social account and its access tokens;
- your posts, their versions, schedules, publishing results and statistics;
- your assistant conversations and connected AI apps;
- every image you uploaded.
Posts already published stay on the networks: delete them there if you want them gone.
