These terms apply when you use Pickpost, the social media scheduler at this website and its app. Pickpost is a product of Auvyx LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. Questions: [email protected].
Who we are
Pickpost is a product and trading brand of Auvyx LLC, not a separate legal entity. Auvyx LLC operates Pickpost and is the party you contract with. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Auvyx LLC; "you" means the person or organisation using Pickpost.
Your account
You need a valid email address to sign up, and you must be at least 16. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account, including what tools you connect to it.
Connected social accounts
You may connect only accounts you are allowed to manage. When Pickpost publishes for you, you must follow the rules of each network. A network may limit or refuse posts; Pickpost cannot override that.
The networks are separate companies with their own terms, which apply to your use of them:
- X: X Corp. and its Terms of Service.
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads: Meta Platforms, Inc. and its Terms of Service (for Instagram and Threads, also their own terms).
- YouTube and Google Business Profile: Google LLC, the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's terms.
- TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Bluesky: each network's own terms of service.
- Mastodon and Pixelfed: the rules of the instance your account is on.
We use their official APIs with your permission. We do not control them, and a change or outage on their side can stop or delay publishing.
Workspaces
Your account comes with a personal workspace, and you can create team workspaces and invite people to them. The owner of a workspace is responsible for who is in it, for its plan, and for what its members publish. Admins can invite and remove people; members work on posts and accounts. An owner who deletes a workspace deletes everything in it, for everyone.
Plans and payment
- During early access, paid plans are not on sale: every workspace is on the Free plan and nothing is charged. The terms below apply once paid plans are offered.
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added where the law requires.
- A workspace's first paid subscription can start with a free trial; you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- If a payment fails, the plan stays active for 7 days after the period ends so you can update your card; then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted when a workspace moves to Free, but what the Free plan does not include stops working (for example posts to networks outside it).
- We may change prices. A change applies from your next renewal, and we tell you by email at least 30 days before.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store, process and send it as needed to provide the service: for example, to show you a preview, to have the assistant rewrite a draft you asked about, and to publish a post you scheduled.
AI assistance
The assistant and connected AI tools can make mistakes. Nothing becomes public until you approve it, and you are responsible for the posts you approve.
Acceptable use
- No spam, deception, harassment, or content that breaks the law or a network's rules.
- No attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or get around its limits.
- No reselling the service without our written agreement.
The service
Pickpost is a young product. We work to keep it available and your posts on time, but we cannot promise it will never fail, and features may change. When a publish is interrupted, Pickpost marks the post for you instead of sending it twice.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Pickpost is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or reach. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Trademarks
Pickpost and its logo belong to Auvyx LLC. X is a trademark of X Corp. Facebook, Instagram and Threads are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and Bluesky are trademarks of their owners. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Other product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say what Pickpost works with. Pickpost is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these companies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Auvyx LLC in Kentucky, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights of the place where you live.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
